摘要
采用共沉淀法制备了部分钇稳定的二氧化锆粉体(YSZ),研究了不同钇含量、不同锆液浓度和不同煅烧条件对粉体的相结构的影响。实验结果表明YSZ粉体中四方相含量变化对钇的掺杂量极为敏感,锆液浓度必须高于0.2mol/L才能得到部分稳定的二氧化锆,煅烧条件对粉体的相结构无明显影响。通过实验获得了YSZ粉体的较佳制备条件。
Yttria partially stabilized zirconia powders (PSZ) were prepared by homogeneous precipitation. Influences of ration of yttria, concentration of Zr4+ and the condition of calcination were investigated. The results show that the quantity of monoclinic phase is sensitive to the amount of yttria ; the concentration of Zr4+ must be higher than 0. 2mol/L to achieve PSZ powders and calcination condition exhibits indistinct effect on the phase structure of this powder. The optimal process condi tions of YSZ are achieved.
