摘要
为了研究超超临界参数下,机组协调控制系统的控制策略。首先对超超临界机组直流锅炉条件下的协调控制系统被控对象的动态特性、影响因素等进行分析。然后根据补偿理论和模糊控制的思想,针对强耦合的多变量协调控制系统,提出了基于类前馈补偿的模糊PID控制算法,其中补偿作用采取类前馈解耦的方法实现。最后,在1 000MW机组协调控制系统线性模型的基础上,进行了MATLAB仿真。结果表明提出的控制算法具有较好的解耦补偿效果,与常规PID控制器相比较,超调量更小,调节时间更短,调节速度更快,具有更好的控制性能。
In order to study the control strategy of coordina- ted control system in ultra-supercritical unit, the dynamic characteristics and the impact factors of the boiler-turbine coordinated control system is analyzed firstly. Then accord- ing to the compensation theory and fuzzy control thought, a fuzzy PID control algorithm based on similar-feed-forward compensation is presented for the strong coupling multivari- able coordinated control system. And from the model of a 1 000MW boiler-turbine coordinated control system, this control algorithm is applied to MATLAB simulation using this linear model. The simulating result shows that the simi- lar-feed-forward compensation has good decoupling effect. Compared with the conventional PID controller, fuzzy PID has better control performance, smaller overshoot and shorter regulating time.
