摘要
目的介绍一种判断检测方法分析性能的临床可接受性。方法基于Westgard方法性能决定图(MEDx Chart)建立数学直角坐标系,以不精密度为X轴,偏倚为Y轴,得到三条总误差判断线TE=bias+2s/3s/4s的直线方程函数式,分析操作点与三条直线位置关系,即可判断检测方法分析性能的可接受性。结果Westgard方法性能决定图将检测方法性能分为不符合要求、临界、良好、优秀四类,操作点在良好或优秀的性能区临床才可接受,以数学函数法分析可判断检测方法的分析性能状况。结论应用函数分析点与直线关系来判断检测方法的分析性能,要比用坐标纸作MEDx图标出操作点分析方法性能易于操作、快捷实用。
Objective To introduce a method of judging detection analysis of the performance of clinical acceptability. Methods Based on the Westgard method evaluation decision chart to establish the mathematical Cartesian coordinate system, the imprecision for the X-axis, bias for the Y-axis to get three total error of judgment line TE = bias + 2 s/3 s/4 s linear equation of functional, analysis of the relationship between operating point and three linear position, could determine the detection method to analyze the acceptability of the performance. Results The Westgard method evaluation decision chart was divided into poor, marginal,good, excellent, four types. Operating point was accepted only in good or excellent performance, mathematical function analysis to determine the analytical performance of the detection method. Conclusion The application function analysis of the relationship between points and straight lines to determine the analytical performance of the detection method than using squared paper plot point out of the operating point analysis method performance is easy to operate, fast and practical.
