摘要
MicroStretchTM舒弹纤维是一种基于新型网络交联聚烯烃材料的弹性纤维,具有优良的化学稳定性,能够进行高效的染整化学加工。通过设定坯布预定形温度为140℃,时间1.6 min,前处理和染色则按照传统的非弹力面料工艺,粘胶/MicroStretchTM(R/MS)舒弹针织面料的性能指标均能达到传统粘胶/弹性纤维面料的性能。
MicroStretchTM elastic fiber, a new kind of cross-linked polyolefin material, has excellent chemical stability. The wet processing of rayon/MicroStretch（R/S） elastic knitted fabric is introduced, followed by presetting at 140℃ for 1. 6 min and dyeing with conventional process of non-elastic fabric, the properties of R/S product can meet normal requirements.
