摘要
纺织品抗菌性能定量测试方法中,振荡法有许多优良的特性是吸收法不能比拟的。但是,目前的振荡测试方法中或多或少还存在一些缺陷,以致不能被广为采用。改良振荡法则结合了FZ/T 73023振荡法和AATCC 100吸收法两种测试方法的优点,改进试验条件,使操作简便易行,并能扩大测试应用范围,更好地应用于纺织品的抗菌性能测试。该方法与AATCC 100吸收法的抑菌率测试比较结果表明,两种方法在统计学上没有显著性差异,可替代吸收法。
Shake flask method and absorption method are the most popular method for antibacterial evaluation of textiles. An improved shake flask method is launched in this paper by combining the virtues of FZ/T 73023 shake flask r0ethod and AATCC 100 absorption method. The new method features easy operation by improving the testing conditions and expands its applica- tion range to well work in textiles antimicrobial evaluation. The test results indicate that the improved shake flask method can replace AATCC 100 absorption method as there are no significant differences between the new method and the AATCC 100 method in bacterial inhibition rate.
