摘要
利用非稳定流动的理论,建立了曲轴箱边界、气口边界等模型,建成了适用于曲轴箱扫气式二冲程 汽油机性能预测和进、排气系统分析的模型,并针对AX100型摩托车二冲程汽油机进行了计算和分析。 由于该模型能较好地分析二冲程发动机进排气系统中的压力波动,并考虑了扫气口回流中新鲜充量和 复合扫气模型,计算得到的二冲程发动机的扫气品质与试验数据比较是吻合的。通过研究加深了对二冲 程汽油机进、排气系统流动规律及其对发动机性能影响的认识,为合理充分地利用进、排气动力效应,改 善发动机的性能提供了依据。
According to the theory of non-steady flows,a mathematical model to simulate the gas exchange process and to predict the performance in two-stroke gasoline engines was developed by the founding of crankcase boundary and port boundary model. This model was applied to a motorbike engine AX100. Since the model is the multiple model,the pressure wave in the gas exchange system and the new charge in the scavenge loop can be well analysised by this model. The calculated scavenge quality in the two-stroke gasoline engine coincided well with the experiment data. The comprehension of the gas now in the two-stroke gasoline engines and its influence on engine performance was deepened by the research. This also provides the basis for rational application of intake-exhaust dynamic effect to improve the engine performance.
