摘要
介绍了安阳钢铁股份有限公司第一炼轧厂100 t钢包用新型纳米材料作为隔热层的工艺试验,生产实践表明该新型钢包保温性能良好,能够减少钢包散热,降低精炼电耗,稳定中包钢水温度,取得了良好的工艺效果和经济效益。
The present paper introduces the process test on using the new type manome- ter materials as the heat insulating layer at the 100 t ladle of the No. 1 Steelmaking and Rolling Mill of Anyang Iron and Steel Group Ltd. Production practice shows that this new ladle heat insulating material is of good temperature holding property and by appli- cation of this material the heat emission of ladle can be reduced, the electric consump- tion lowered, the hot metal temperature in the tundish well maintained and thus very good process and economic efficiencies achieved.
