摘要
采用NaCl溶液模拟盐胁迫,通过测定种子萌发过程中的发芽指数、活力指数和储存物质利用率等指标,研究94份西南高原生态区玉米地方品种在萌芽期的耐盐性。结果表明,在0.15 mol/L NaCl溶液处理下,各项指标的差异均达到极显著水平,不同品种对盐胁迫的敏感程度不同。采用群体逐级分类法,将参试材料分成极强耐盐、强耐盐、耐盐、盐敏感和极敏感5个类群。筛选出18份优良的耐盐地方品种,为进一步的耐盐育种和耐盐机理研究提供了理论依据。
Using NaCl solution simulated salt stress during seed germination. The germination index, vigor index and utilization of storage nutrient and other indicators were tested to evaluate the salt tolerance of 94 local varieties from soutoawest plateau ecological zones in China.The results showed that treated with 0.15 mol/L NaClsolution, the differences of the indicators were extremely significant and different varieties had different sensitivity to salt stress.All the tested materials were divided into five groups, as very strong resistanee to salt-stress, strong resistance to salt-stress, resistance to salt-stress, salt-stress sensitive and very sensitive by classification groups step by step. 18 strong resistance to salt-stress local varieties were filtered out for further salt-tolerant breeding, and so provided a theoretical basis for salt-tolerant mechanism research.
