摘要
以北京市大兴区179户农民的调查数据为基础,采用Logistic模型对影响农民对全科农技员服务满意程度的因素进行了分析。研究结果表明:农民性别和文化程度、是否提供面对面指导、是否进行入户访谈及是否提供其他服务方式是影响农民满意度的主要因素。因此,政府应引导全科农技员提供全面的服务,鼓励全科农技员提供个别指导,以切实发挥全科农技员的效果。
Based on survey data obtained from questionnaires on 179 rural household in Daxing district of Beijing, the author conducted analysis of factors affected the farmer satisfaction of the general agronomic technician＇s service using the Logistic model The results indicated that householder＇s gender, householder＇s educational level, whether face-to-face guidance were provided, whether home interviews were provided and whether other services approach were provided were the main factors that affect farmer satisfaetion. Therefore, the government should guide the general agronomic technician to provide comprehensive services and encourage them to provide individual guidance in order to fully develop their actions.
