摘要
用不同浓度(0、25、50、75 mg/L)的GGR6号生根粉浸泡处理换锦花(Lycoris sprengeri)的4年生鳞茎,研究了其对换锦花子球发育及生理特性的影响。结果表明:应用25~50 mg/L的GGR6可使换锦花的平均子球数和平均根数增多,使鳞茎可溶性糖、还原糖和可溶性蛋白质含量升高,总淀粉酶活性增强,淀粉含量降低。
The 4-year-old Lycoris sprengeri bulbs were soaked with GGR No.6 rooting powder solution at different concentrations(0,25,50,75 mg/L),and the effects of GGR No.6 rooting powder on the development and physiological characteristics of cormels in Lycoris sprengeri were investigated.The results revealed that applying 25~50 mg/L GGR No.6 could increase the average number of cormel and root,raise the soluble sugar,reducing sugar and soluble protein content in the bulbs,improve the total amylase activity,and reduce the starch content.
