摘要
城乡二元结构是产生教育不公平的制度原因。在教育管理、教育投入、教师管理等方面实行城乡两种制度,造成了城乡教育的巨大差距。城乡教育一体化的本质是促进教育公平、缩小城乡差距。实现城乡教育一体化是我国经济、社会、教育发展的必然要求。城乡教育一体化的内涵是统筹城乡教育发展,实现城乡资源共享、相互融合、协调共生、共同发展。实现城乡教育一体化的关键是树立一体化的理念,形成一体化的思维,建立一体化的制度。
The dual structure of urban and rural areas is the institutional reason that leads to the inequality of education, lmplemenling two different institutions on the aspects of educational management, educational input, and teacher management has brought significant disparities between urban and rural education. The essence of integration of rural and urban education is to promote educational equity and narrow the gap between urban and rural areas. To bring about the integration of rural and urban education is the inevitable choice to realize educational equity. The connotation of integrating rural and urban education means to overall plan the development of urban and rural education and realize resource sharing, mutual integration, harmonious symbiosis, and mutual development. Building up integrative ideas, euhivating integrative thinking, and tounding integrative institutions are the keys to achieving the integration of rural and urban education.
