摘要
为赋予PTFE平板膜持久的疏水性,采用自制的超疏水剂进行改性,并对改性效果和在膜蒸馏中的应用进行了探讨。试验结果表明,改性后PTFE平板膜与蒸馏水、油的接触角均明显提高;超声波震荡表明改性剂可稳定地吸附在膜上;改性PTFE平板膜组件进行工厂放大膜蒸馏试验,表明组件可保持较高膜通量;改性明显降低了膜污染程度。
In order to give PTFE flat sheet the long-lasting hydrophobic function, it was modified by homemade super-hydrophobe, and the modification results and the application in membrane distillation were discussed. The experimental results showed that the contact angle between water, oil and PTFE flat membrane was obviously increased by means of super-hydrophobic modification. The modification material could steadily absorb on the PTFE flat membrane through ultrasonic inspection test.The modified PTFE fiat membrane module was used for factory amplify membrane distillation experiments ,the results showed that the membrane module can be maintained higher membrane flux.The membrane fouling level was reduced remarkably by super-hydrophobic modification.
