摘要
探讨FA398A型并条机的性能特点及使用效果。阐述FA398A型并条机自调匀整控制原理,并对其参数设置进行分析;结合生产实践着重介绍对不同速度及喂入加减条、点动、启动时的自调匀整效果;用数据采集程序对额定匀整及全程匀整结果进行统计分析对比。结果表明:FA398A型并条机对于不同品种在不同速度、加减条等试验时,均能控制稳定、匀整效果好,出条质量明显改善。
Performance and application of FA398A drawing frame was discussed. Autoleveller control principle of FA398A drawing frame were introduced, the parameter selection was analyzed. Combining production, autoleveller effect of the frame was introduced when adopting different speed, adding or cutting sliver, start or jog control. Data collection procedures were used to statistically analyze and contrast rated leveling and whole leveling results. The result shows that autoleveller e,,ffect of FA398A drawing frame are better, the sliver quality can be improved obviously when producing dif- ferent products in different speed, adding or cutting sliver test.
