摘要
为了开发出具有吸湿排汗性能的防静电服面料,选用Coolplus/棉50/50混纺纱进行织造,对比了不同组织和密度的Coolplus棉混纺织物的吸湿速干性能,从中选择有利于提高面料吸湿速干性能的组织和密度,并介绍了该织物的关键技术与主要工艺参数的选择。最终生产出的面料不仅具有良好的防静电性能,而且具有较好的吸湿排汗性能,满足了设计要求。
To develop moisture absorbing & quick drying anti-static fabric, Coolplus/cotton 50/50 blended yarn was selected to weave. Property of moisture absorbing & quick drying was contrasted when the fabric texture and density were different. Fabric texture and density were optimized. Key technology and main technology parameter selection of the fabric were introduced. Finally the fabric can be produced with better anti-static property and moisture absorbing & quick drying, design demand can be reached.
