摘要
[目的]筛选出适合白蜡屋顶盆栽的理想轻型混合基质。[方法]采用玉米秸秆发酵基质、炉渣、珍珠岩3种材料,以不同的体积比配成5种混合基质,研究不同配比基质对屋顶盆栽白蜡的影响。[结果]结果表明,处理⑤(玉米秸秆发酵基质∶炉渣∶珍珠岩=3∶1∶2)盆栽白蜡的株高、叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量和净光合速率等最高,分别为52.04 cm、3.255 mg/g、0.034 mg/g、9.27μmol/(m2.s),均优于对照;处理⑤基质的容重、总孔隙度和电导率分别为0.41 g/cm3、88.26%、1.08 ms/cm,优于其他处理。[结论]处理⑤(玉米秸秆发酵基质∶炉渣∶珍珠岩=3∶1∶2)复配基质可以作为屋顶盆栽白蜡较理想的轻型混合基质。
Abstract [Objective] The aim was to screen the ideal light mixed matrix of potted bYaxinus ehinensis Roxb on roof. [Method] Mixing three materials (maize straw, pearlite and cinder) into substrate with different volume proportions, studied the effect of these five substrates on the growth of Fraxinus chinensis Roxb. [Result] The result showed that under the substrate of treatment (the wolume of maize straw, pearlite and cinder was 3:1:2), plant height, chlorophyll content, changes of Pn and other indices of Fraxinus chinensis Roxb were better than control with maximums of 52.04 cm, 3.255 rag/g, 0.034 mg/g, 9.27 Ixmol/(m2·s). Also, physical and chemical properties, such as volume-weigh! (0.41g/cm3),porosity (88.26%)and electric conductivity value (1.08 ms/cm) were better than those under other treatments. [Conclusion] The substrate in treatment (the volume of maize straw, pearlite and cinder was 3:l:2)could be selected as the ideal substrate for potted Fraxinus chinensis Roxb on roof.
