摘要
目的了解医院护理实习生对医院感染知识的认知程度及影响因素,为医院临床带教老师教学能力评价体系的构建提供参考依据。方法利用自行设计的调查问卷,对江西省四所医院403名护理实习生进行调查。结果护理实习生医院感染知识认知平均正确率为43.0%。多元线性回归分析显示,不同受教育程度、实习医院对医院感染知识认知正确率的影响有统计学意义。97.8%的护理实习生愿意接受实习医院开展的医院感染知识培训。结论护理实习生医院感染知识缺乏,需增加护理实习生接触医院感染知识的机会,并定期开展健康教育讲座。
Objective To understand the cognition and it's impact of hospital infection knowledge among practical nurses, to provide reference for constructing evaluation system of teaching ability of the hospital clinical tecachers. Methods Using self-designed questionnaires to investigate 403 practical nurses from four hospitals in Jiangxi Province. Results The cognition rate among practical nurses about hospital infection knowledge was 43.0%. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the different educational level and intemship hospital had a significant difference for cognition level about hospital infection knowledge among practical nurses. 97.8% practical nurses were willing to accept the training of knowledge of hospi- tal infection which carried out by the internship hospital. Conclusion Practical nurses lacked the hospital infection knowledge. It was necessary to increase the opportunity of accessing hospital infection knowledge and regularly giving health education lecture for practical nurses.
