摘要
以载体试验法对一种二氧化氯消毒剂 (维诺消净王 )的杀菌效果进行了试验观察。以含 50 0mg/L二氧化氯的溶液对布片上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞作用 10min ,杀灭率达 10 0 %。以含 50 %小牛血清的菌悬液染于布片上 ,对其杀菌作用没有明显影响。未经柠檬酸活化的该剂置于 54℃ 14d ,二氧化氯含量平均下降率为 4 79%
The germicidal efficacy of a chlorine dioxide disinfectant (Wei Nuo Xiao Jing Wang) was observed experimentally using carrier test method The solution containing 500 mg/L chlorine dioxide with a 10 min contact time could kill 100% of spores of Bacillus subtilis var niger on cloth strip Its germicidal efficacy was not influenced significantly when the bacterial suspension used for contaminating the cloth strip contained 50% calf serum The chlorine dioxide content of the disinfectant not activated by citric acid decreased by 4 79% in average after storing at 54℃ for 14 days
