港珠澳大桥沉管隧道通风变频节能技术研究 被引量:9

Study on the Energy-saving Technology for Frequency Varied Ventilation in the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge's Tunnel Project

摘要 为达到"节能减排"的目的,需对长隧道运营中的通风节能技术开展研究,特别是随着长大公路隧道修建数量的增大,通风必将成为隧道运营中的"耗能大户"。应用变频调速技术通风控制的港珠澳大桥隧道工程为依托,,采用CFD方法对并联变频风机的失速及控制优化进行研究,并对隧道内运营通风采用变频调速技术进行了节能效益分析。结果表明当风机并联失速转速比为6.25以及尽量使两台并联变频风机以相同的转速运行,同时隧道内风机采用变频调速技术时可以大幅度降低隧道的运营通风费用。 For the purpose of energy-saving, it is necessary to study the energy-saving technologies of ventilation in the long tunnel ' s operation, with growing number of long highway tunnel constructions, the ventilation of long tunnels will be a energy-hungry object in the tunnel operation. The paper based on the project of the Hong Kong- Zhuhai-Macao Bridge' s tunnel~ the frequency control will be applied to its ventilation. The CFD method will be applied to simulate and analyze the parallel fans of variable frequency and control optimization, and the energy efficiency of the tunnel' s operation has been analyzed. The result shows that the parallel fans with stall speed ratio of 6.25 and try to make the two parallel fans running in the same speed, and it also show that the fan applied on the tunnel with frequency control technology can significantly reduce the operation cost in the tunnel ventilation.
