摘要
目的观察表阿霉素联合紫杉醇方案对乳腺肿瘤细胞的增殖抑制作用。方法采用结晶紫染色法,比较表阿霉素及紫杉醇单用及联合应用对乳腺癌细胞ZR75-1的增殖抑制率。结果 1 mg·ml-1表阿霉素和3 mg·ml-1紫杉醇联合作用40 h,其联合效应Q值为0.935。结论 1 mg·ml-1表阿霉素和3 mg·ml-1紫杉醇联合应用40 h对ZR75-1细胞的增殖抑制具有相加作用。
Objective To observe the inhibitory effect of paclitaxel plus epirubicin on breast cancer cells proliferation.Methods The inhibitory effect of epirubicin and paclitaxel alone or in combined use on breast cancer（ZR75-1）cells were evaluated by crystal violet staining method.Results The combined effect factor Q was 0.935 after 40 h of combined use of epirubicin and paclitaxel at high concentrtation levels.Conclusion The inhibitory action for ZR75-1 cell is enhanced by combined use of 1 mg · ml-1 epirubicin and 3 mg · ml-1 paclitaxel at 40 h.
