摘要 以某出口车型外观件封板为例,结合现场生产环境,改进工艺方法,设计了中厚板大尺寸多内孔整体翻边模,实现封板的整体内孔翻边,提高工件局部强度,解决了焊接带来的变形及平面度超差问题,提高生产效率,满足了制件的批量生产需求。 Set the shrouding of the appearance plate on one of the exported wagons as an example, incorporated with the onsite production environment, with improved processing methods to design the jumbo size of entire flanging dies with inner porous for the moderate thickness plate, aims to achieve the entire inner porous flanging of the shrouding. As a result, the local strength of the working pieces has been enhanced and solved the deformation and over proof of the flatness by welding, then the production rate is raised, meet the mass production requirements.
