脉冲射频治疗慢性疼痛的实验与临床研究进展 被引量:18

摘要 脉冲射频(pulsed radiofrequency,PRF)是一种前沿的治疗慢性疼痛的方法,与传统的射频热凝技术相比,具有操作便捷、安全性高、创伤小、并发症少等优点。近年来脉冲射频技术已被广泛应用于慢性疼痛的临床治疗,但其作用机制目前尚未完全明了。本文对脉冲射频治疗慢性疼痛的实验与临床研究进展进行综述。
