抗逆转录病毒治疗预防人类免疫缺陷病毒母婴传播的研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 在感染了人类免疫缺陷病毒（human immunodeficiencyv irus，HIV）的妇女中，80％处于生育年龄，其中约1／3是通过异性性接触感染，而大多数13岁以下的儿童感染者是由母婴传播引起。目前在HIV感染治疗方面进展甚微，但抗逆转录病毒治疗（antiretroviral treatment，ART）在预防HIV母婴传播方面效果显著。现概述2008年至2011年发表的ART预防HIV母婴传播的前瞻性研究和进展。
