摘要
目的:使用中药软膏剂替代抗生素,生产无抗奶。方法:中药粉碎成浆,制成软膏剂,直接涂抹于患牛乳房上,抗生素治疗组直接乳头给药。结果:(1)鱼石脂可作为油水互溶的乳化剂;(2)中药软膏剂疗效显著优于抗生素组,在观察期中无复发。结论:中药软膏剂能很好地治疗奶牛乳房炎,具有广阔的应用前景。
Objective： We used herbal ointment instead of antibiotics to produce antibiotic -free milk. Methods： Traditional Chinese medicine was crushed into paste and made into the ointment, which then directly applied on the breasts of suffering cattle. Direct nipple administration was conducted in antibiotic treatment group. Results： （ 1 ） Ichthyol could be used as oil and water miscible emulsifier; （2） The efficacy of herbal ointment was significandy higher than the antibiotic group, and there was no recurrence during the observation period. Conclusion： The herbal ointment can be a useful treatment of cow mastitis, and has broad prospects.
