摘要
以某主泵电机中的关键部件──水润滑推力轴承为研究对象,结合轴承运行工况,在前人研究的基础上,以低粘度流体动压润滑理论为基础,通过理论分析及试验研究,确定轴承摩擦副材料,设计出适合此工况条件的推力轴承结构.分析了影响水润滑轴承润滑性能的因素,提出提高其润滑性能的具体方法,从而保证水润滑石墨轴承具有良好的润滑特性,提高其使用寿命.
water- lubricated thrust bearing is a key per, the right structure of water -lubricated thrust graphite dynamic lubrication theory by combining the bearings component of certain main pump motor. In this pa- bearings was designed based on low viscosity hydro- working condition, and the frictional accessory material was also determined by theoretical analysis and test. The factors influencing lubricating performances of water - lubri- cated thrust bearings were analyzed; the methods improving lubricating performances were put forward to guaran- tee that water - lubricated thrust graphite bearings have the good lubricating performances, good carrying capacity and longer work life.
