摘要
为提高再生资源综合利用效率、满足闭环供应链上不同主体对再制造的个性化服务需求,在分析闭环供应链上信息流程的基础上,结合其面临的问题阐述了云制造应用的重要意义,将云存储、云计算、云安全和物联网等支撑技术与再制造服务的信息收集、分析、集成、推送和优化等技术体系相结合,通过资源整合、需求对接和服务集成方式推进全生命周期制造和管理服务化,构建了面向再制造的闭环供应链云制造服务平台。通过对该平台进行实例设计和研究,验证了该平台的可行性和可推广性。
To enhance the utilization efficiency of renewable resources and to meet various services demand for remanufacturing of different subjects on closed-loop supply chain, the significance of cloud manufacturing application was illustrated based on analyzing the information flow of close&loop supply chain. Through the combination of support technology such as cloud storage, cloud computing, cloud security and internet of things with remanufaeturing technology system such as information collection, analysis, integration, push and optimization, service-oriented manu- facturing and management of full life cycle were implemented according to integration of resources, demand and service. The cloud service platform for closed-loop supply chain oriented to remanufacturing was constructed. Finally example was designed and researched to verify the feasibility and generalizability of the constructed platform .
