摘要
基于均匀三次B样条曲面的基本理论,在ANSYS系统中得到了精确的斜齿轮轮齿曲面,建立了完整的斜齿轮副装配模型,为斜齿轮有限元接触分析和疲劳分析的可靠性和精度提供了保证。基于B样条方法的曲面造型方法研究,对于在计算机上建立一些复杂自由型曲面的零件模型具有重要的参考意义。
The accurate surface of helical gear tooth is established based on cubic uniform B - spline method. With the tooth surface, the solid assembly model of helical gear pair is realized on ANSYS, which ensure the reliability and accuracy of finite element contact analysis and fatigue analysis. The modeling method, based on cubic uniform B -spline surface, provides a great significance of reference for establishing the part models with complicated free curved surface.
