“清旺”富硒植物营养素对春小麦产量构成及籽粒硒含量的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Enriched Selenium Plant Nutrient 'Qingwang' on Yield Components and Selenium Content of grain in Spring Wheat(Triticum aestivum Linn.)

摘要 [目的]研究"清旺"富硒植物营养素对春小麦(Triticum aestivum Linn.)产量构成及籽粒硒含量的影响,明确"清旺"在小麦上的应用价值。[方法]2010年选取5个宁夏选育小麦品种(系)为宁春50号、CB037、宁春4号、N2038、宁春47号为材料,2011年为宁春50号、N618、宁春4号、N2038、宁春47号。小麦灌浆初期叶面喷施"清旺"富硒植物营养素,每品种设计喷施和未喷施(对照)2种处理。室内考种测试小麦穗长、结实小穗数、穗粒数、穗粒重、千粒重、饱满度、小区产量等。取成熟籽粒250 g寄送宁夏农林科学院农产品质量检测中心测试硒含量。[结果]2010、2011年喷施处理产量比没喷施对照平均增产2.60%,穗粒数平均增加1.52粒,穗粒重平均增加0.09 g,千粒重平均降低0.21 g,说明喷施硒肥对小麦产量具有一定的影响,但增产效果不明显;喷施处理对小麦穗部穗长、结实小穗、不结实小穗影响不大;喷施处理中籽粒硒含量均明显增加,高于对照8倍以上。[结论]通过喷施硒肥提高小麦籽粒硒含量,提高食品中的硒含量是可行的,通过合理安全适宜的叶面喷施硒肥技术,可以达到提高小麦产量和籽粒品质的目的。 [Objective] The purpose was to study the effects of enriched selenium plant nutrient ’Qingwang’ on yield components and selenium content of grain in spring wheat,and define ’Qingwang’s application value in wheat.[Method] Five wheat varieties(lines) every year bred by Ningxia,Ningchun No.5,CB037,Ningchun No.4,N2038 and Ningchun No.47,in 2010,Ningchun No.5,N618,Ningchun No.4,N2038,Ning chur No.7 in 2011,were selected as materials.Enriched selenium plant nutrient ’Qingwang’ was sprayed on the leaf faces at the early stages of grain filling,and for every varieties two treatments were designed,including spraying selenium treatment and no spraying selenium treatment(namely control).Ear length,spikelets number of setting kernels,grain number per spike,grain weight per spike,1 000-kernel weight,plumpness and yield per polt were examined indoor,and then 250 g ripe grains were chose to send Agricultural Products Quality Inspection Center,Ningxia Academy of Agriculture ane Forestry Science to measure selenium content.In 2010 and 2011,comparing with control,spraying selenium treatment’s yield averagely increased 2.60%,grain number per spike 1.52,grain weight per spike 0.09 g,1 000-kernel weight 0.21 g,showing spraying selenium fertilizer had no significant effect of increasing yield;spraying selenium treatment had a little effect on wheat’s ear length,spikelets of setting kernels and spikelets of no setting kernels,but significantly increased grains’ selenium content,which was over eight times higher than that of control.[Conclusion] It is feasibility of increasing wheat grains’ selenium content and then rising selenium content of food by spraying selenium fertilizer on leaf face,and that using reasonable,safe and suitable foliar application technology of selenium fertilizer can reach the goal of promoting wheat’s yield and increasing grains’ quality.
