微生物产灵菌红素的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 灵菌红素是一类含三吡咯骨架结构的天然红色素,目前主要由一些微生物产生,具有抗癌、免疫抑制、抗虫等多种生物活性,可作为免疫抑制剂和抗癌药物开发,受到研究者的广泛关注。对其生物活性、微生物资源及发酵生产等方面进行综述,并对其发展方向进行了展望。 As a natural red pigment with a methoxypyrrole ring skeleton structure,prodigiosin is mainly produced by some microorganisms.It has anti-bacteria,anti-fungi,anti-worm activity,etc.,and it can be developed as immunosuppressor and anti-cancer drugs,thus receiving the wide attention of researchers.In this paper,its biological activity,microbial resources and fermentation technology were summarized,and its development prospect was discussed.
