预应力管道压浆直接关系预应力构件的稳定性和耐久性,影响着工程交付后的安全。因此,必须高度重视预应力管道压浆的质量控制问题,切实控制好后灰浆的水灰比和配合比,严格遵循操作规范,创新施工方法,提高施工质量。
Prestressed pipe grouting is directly related to the stability and durability of the prestressed com- ponent, and affects the safety after project delivery. Therefore, great importance must be attached to quality con- trol problems for prestressed grouting, effectively control the water-cement ratio of mortar and the mixture ratio, strictly follow the practices, innovative construction methods to improve the construction quality.
