心脏手术相关的急性肾损伤的诊治 被引量：3

摘要 急性肾损伤（acute kidney injury，AKI）是心脏术后常见而严重的并发症，是心脏手术病死率的独立危险因素，伴随着患者并发症的增多病死率上升。然而。由于缺乏统一的AKI定义，而使其发生率的报道差异很大。其发生率高达1％-30％，其中1％-15％的患者需要血液透析。
