摘要
目的:进行奶牛乳房线性性状主成分坐标图的绘制及分析。方法:选择安徽蚌埠蚂蚁山奶牛场,随机抽取荷斯坦奶牛220头,进行前房附着(x1)、后房高度(x2)、后房宽度(x3)、悬韧带(x4)、乳房深度(x5)和乳头长度(x6)等乳房线性性状主成分坐标图的绘制及分析。结果:1)在累计贡献率达85%以上的5个主成分中,F1、F2、F3综合反映信息量为56.4%,表达式分别为F1=-0.2828x1+0.5326x2+0.3483x3+0.2849x4-0.5663x5+0.3365x6;F2=0.4696x1+0.2665x2-0.1489x3+0.6043x4+0.4404x5+0.3565x6;F3=-0.3407x1-0.1619x2+0.4787x3+0.5421x4+0.2863x5-0.5028x6。2)分析信息表达式,F1称乳房容积因子,F2称乳房紧凑因子,F3称乳房适宜因子。3)在F1和F2,F1和F3,F2和F3构成的平面坐标中,x2和x6,x3和x4,x1和x6分别距离最近,可视为同类性状。
Objective: To draw and analyse principal component coordinates figure, of udder linear traits of cows. Methods: Mayishan cow farm was selected as the experimental unit, and 220 Holstein cows were randomly sam- pled in order to draw and analyse principal component coordinates figure of udder linear traits of cows, and udder linear traits include fore udder attachment ( x1 ), rear udder height (x2 ), rear udder width ( x3 ), udder cleft ( x4), udder depth (x5 ), and teat length (x6). Results: 1 ) Among five principal components, whose cumula- tive contribution were accumulated above 85%, the information from the principal component F1 , F2, and F3 was 56.4% , and the expression of the principal component F1, F2, and Fa were F1 = - 0. 2828xI + O. 5326x2 + 0. 3483x3 4. 0.2849x4 - 0.5663x5 4. 0. 3365x6, F2 = 0.4696x1 4. 0.2665x2 - 0. 1489x3 4. 0. 6043x4 + 0.4404x5 + 0. 3565x6, and F3 = - 0.3407x1 - 0. 1619x2 4- 0.4787x3 + 0.5421x4 + 0.2863xs - 0.5028x6. 2) To analyse on in- formation expression, F1 was breast volume factor, F2 was breast compact factor, and F3 was breast appropriate factor. 3) In plane coordinates by F1 and F2, by F1 and Fa, and by F2 and F3 respectively, the distance between x2 and xr, between xa and x4, and between xl and x6 were the nearest respectively, and they were similar traits respectively.
