酞菁钴/铁纳米填充母粒的制备及其稳定性 被引量:12

Synthesis and Stability of Filled Clusters Consisting of Cobalt- Phthalocyanine/Iron Nanoparticles

摘要 采用有机/无机原位复合技术,将酞菁钴(CoPc)的DMF溶液与Fe(CO)5混合、加热回流制备出稳定的、规则球形的、平均粒径为1.4μm/的酞菁钴/铁纳米填充母粒.其内部为10~15nm的α-Fe填充,外部为厚50~150nm的酞菁钴层包覆.纳米填充母粒的填实密度为3.664g/cm3,比饱和磁化强度为76.3Am2/kg,矫顽力为4.15kA/m.纳米填充母粒的热稳定性高于150℃,与甲基硅油组成的磁流变液有良好的抗沉降性. Filled clusters of cobalt -phthalocyanine/Iron nanoparticles have been obtained usingmethod of organic-inorganic composite in situ with cobalt-phthalocyanine (CoPc) andcarbonyl iron. The filled clusters consist of α-Fe nanoparticles in the inner of the nanocomposite particle and interface of CoPc layers. And interface of the α-Fe nanoparticles and surface of the clusters are completely covered by CoPc layers. Diameters of the α-Fe nanoparticles are ranged from 10nm to 15nm. And average diameter of the clusters was 1.4 μm including thickness of CoPc layers from 50 to 15onm. For the filled clusters, the density is 3.664g/cm3, the saturatation intensity of magnetization is 76.3 Am2/kg, and the coercive force is 4.15kA/m. Thermal stability of the filled clusters is excess of 150 ℃.There is a long-term stability of anti-sedimentation for the magnetorheological suspension consisting of the filled clusters and methylic silicone oil.
