摘要
目的评价多层螺旋CT在低剂量时对副鼻窦检查中的应用价值。方法选取接受副鼻窦冠状面CT扫描的226例患者,根据是否存在副鼻窦炎分为:炎症组,有副鼻窦炎,112例;正常组,无副鼻窦炎,114例。每组再按照管电流值不同,分为200、100、50、25 mA 4个亚组,比较图像质量与眼晶状体接受的辐射剂量。结果 2组的200、100、50 mA亚组图像质量均无差异(P>0.05),在25 mA亚组的图像质量则明显较差(P<0.05)。炎症组高分辨率重建不能提高细微解剖结构显示,正常组则可以提高解剖结构显示。眼晶状体接受的辐射剂量随CT管电流降低而降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多层螺旋CT扫描副鼻窦,在降低管电流至50 mA时不损失图像诊断质量,同时晶状体所受放射剂量明显降低。
Objective To analysis the application of low - dose multi - slice spiral CT for paranasal sinuses. Methods A total of 226 patients received multi - slice spiral CT for paranasal sinuses in our hospital were divided into two groups, inflammation group ( 112 ca- ses, with paranasal sinuses) and normal group( 114 cases, without paranasal sinuses), according to clinical diagnosis. Each group was di- vided into four sub -groups, sub -group Ⅰ (200 mA), sub -group Ⅱ (100 mA), sub -group Ⅲ(50 mA) and sub -group Ⅳ(25 mA), according to the value of the tube current. The radiation dose of crystalline lens and image quality were compared between two groups. Results The image qualities of sub - group Ⅰ , sub - group Ⅱ and sub - group Ⅲ in each group were no different ( P 〉 0.05 ), but the image qualities of sub - group Ⅳ in each group were poor ( P 〈 0.05 ). The high resolution reconstruction couldnt promot the slight anatomic struc- ture indication in inflammation group, but it could promot the slight anatomic structure indication in normal group. The radiation dose of crys- talline lens was dicreasing based on the value of the tube current reducing ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The multi - slice spiral CT for paranasal sinuses which the value of tube current was 50 mA could not damage the image quality and reduce the radiation dose of crystalline lens.
