白藜芦醇对肝癌Bel-7404细胞增殖、凋亡、侵袭影响机制研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察白藜芦醇对肝癌Bel-7404细胞增殖、凋亡、侵袭的影响,并研究其内在分子机制。方法:采用MTT法检测白藜芦醇对Bel-7404细胞增殖的影响;流式细胞术检测白藜芦醇对Bel-7404细胞凋亡的影响;Transwell法检测白藜芦醇对Bel-7404细胞侵袭的影响。结果:白藜芦醇可以抑制Bel-7404细胞增殖,也可以诱导Bel-7404细胞凋亡,均呈浓度依赖性,与下调Procaspase3和PARP蛋白表达有关。白藜芦醇可以抑制Bel-7404细胞侵袭性,呈浓度依赖性,与下调MMP-9、VEGF蛋白表达有关。结论:白藜芦醇可以抑制肝癌Bel-7404细胞增殖,通过剪切Procaspase3、PARP蛋白而诱导凋亡,通过下调MMP-9和VEGF蛋白表达水平而抑制Bel-7404细胞侵袭性。
