摘要 RNA聚合酶Ⅱ是真核生物中最活跃最复杂的RNA聚合酶之一,具有非常重要的生物学功能,而鹅膏(Amanita)毒肽对其活性具有专一的高抑制性,这使鹅膏毒肽与RNA聚合酶Ⅱ相互作用的研究尤为重要。鉴于国内对鹅膏毒肽与RNA聚合酶Ⅱ相互作用的研究薄弱,笔者从鹅膏毒肽活性位点的确定、两者相互作用方式、抑制机理及抑制能力等方面进行总结,以期为两者的深入研究提供参考。 Amanitin toxins are specific inhibitors of RNA polymerase Ⅱ.This review describes recent progress in research aimed at improving our understanding of the interactions between the amanitins and RNA polymerase Ⅱ at the molecular level.The report,in four parts,describes the identification of amanitin active sites,the interactions between the amanitins and RNA polymerase Ⅱ,the underlying inhibitory mechanism(s) and the inhibitory capacities associated with the different toxins.
