摘要
新型Mark XIIA模式5是美军及北约盟军军用模式4的替代升级的敌我识别系统。它采用了先进的调制、编码和加密等技术,以此改进系统性能和模式4信号中存在的安全问题。介绍了模式5在调制方式上采用的最小频移键控(MSK)技术,分析了MSK信号原理以及信号的调制及解调原理,最后通过仿真对比误码率和功率谱,分析了模式5中MSK信号与模式4中BPSK信号的性能优缺。
Mark XIIA Mode 5 is a new IFF system developed by US and NATO for improvement of the battlefield situation awareness ability,and is now used by many developed countries.It adopts many advanced technologies and is applied in modulation,information source/channel coding and encryption/ decryption.This paper discusses MSK technology adopted by Mode 5 in modulation mode.Then MSK signal theory and signal modulation/demodulation are analyzed.Finally,by simulation and comparison of error bit rate and power spectrum,the performances of MSK signal in Mode 5 and BPSK signal in Mode 4 are analyzed.
