摘要
[目的]为了寻找抑杀微囊藻的放线菌,对烟台海区潮间带沉积物中分离到的放线菌进行了筛选,获得了一株具有强溶藻能力放线菌,命名为G-57。[方法]在实验室条件下,采用涂布法和血球计数板法,研究了该菌的代谢产物对铜绿微囊藻的溶藻活性以及活性成分的溶藻特性。[结果]放线菌G-57对铜绿微囊藻具有很好的溶藻效果,且在传代5次后能够保持稳定的溶藻效果,按1%的体积比接种4 d后溶藻效率达98.31%。溶藻的活性成分来自胞外代谢产物,对高温和pH均具有较好的稳定性。[结论]放线菌G-57在蓝藻水华防治方面具有潜在的应用价值。
[Objective] One algae-lysing actinomycetes,named as G-57,was isolated from the inter-tidal sediment at Yantai to find a anti-Microcystis microorganism as a biological control agent.[Method] Activities of metabolites lysing Microcstis aeruginosa and charactistics of algicidal effect were studied by the dilution coating method and blood count plate method.[Result] Metabolites of the strain G-57 showed a very strong activity lysing M.aeruginosa,98.31% alga cells perished four days after addition of fermentation supernatant 1% in volume and the algicidal abilities of the G-57 was stable in the culture of 5 generation.The alga-lysing active components were mainly extracellular products,which remained quite stable regardless of exposure to high temperature and pH.[Conclusion] The actinomycete G-57 had potential applications in the algal blooms.
