摘要
该试验采用随机区组试验设计方法,将组合的促生菌接种到桉树苗木,通过苗期及造林试验,筛选出一批促生效果较优的组合菌株。结果分析表明:桉树接种组合促生菌,其促生效果达显著性水平。林龄7月龄及21月龄时,各接种处理组相对于对照处理组树高增长分别达16.35%~40.55%和4.47%~11.07%;地径增长分别达13.05%~24.99%和5.03%~18.50%。组合促生菌株相对于单一菌株表现出较好的接种促生效果,且采自桉树林地的菌株接种促生效果要优于采自非桉树(罗汉松)林地的菌株。
The combination of PGPR was inoculated into Eucalyptus for seedling and afforestation test with randomized block design,a number of combination strains which have good growth-promoting effect had been screened out.The test results showed that Eucalyptus inoculated with combination of PGPR showed a significantly growth-promoting effect.The tree height of inoculation group was respectively 16.35%-40.55% and 4.47%-11.07% higher than the control group at the seventh and 21st month,while the basal diameter was respectively 13.05%-24.99% and 5.03%-18.50% higher than the control group.The compound PGPR,in comparison with single PGPR,showed better growth-promoting effect,and the growth-promoting effect of strains collected from Eucalyputs forest was better than that collected from non-Eucalyputs(Podocarpus macrophyllus)woodland.
