摘要
介绍了农产品区域品牌的内涵,论述了政府在创建农产品区域品牌中发挥重要作用的理论依据,提出了地方政府创建农产品区域品牌的政策建议:首先要明确农产品区域品牌的经营主体,确立"政府引导、合作经济组织经营、龙头企业参与"的经营机制;其次,,从行政参与、区域自治、质量标准保障、法律保障、文化融合等5个方面入手构建农产品区域品牌的保护机制;再次,强化农产品区域品牌的传播,促进农产品区域品牌的提升;最后,地方政府全面的引导与扶持,使得这项系统性的社会工程能够顺利推进。
The connotation of regional agro-products brands was introduced,and then the theoretical basis of the important role of local government in the construction of regional agro-products brands was discussed,finally some suggestions were proposed to create agro-products brands.Firstly,the management subject of regional agro-products brands should be made clear,and the government-led,cooperative economic organizations managed and leading enterprises participated management mechanism should be established;secondly,the regional brand protection system of agricultural products should be constructed from five aspects,including administrative participation,regional autonomy,quality standards guarantee,legal assurance and cultural integration;thirdly,the spread of regional brand should be strengthened to promoting regional brand's image;lastly,the local government should give comprehensive guide and support to push forward the systemic social engineer.
