摘要
泵可用汽蚀余量曲线的形状直接影响泵汽蚀性能的判断,因此需要尽可能地提高曲线的拟合精度。本文使用Matlab的曲线拟合功能,对泵可用汽蚀余量曲线采用了多项式和非线性拟合,并详细介绍了曲线拟合的原理及过程。经过比较分析得出5次多项式和指数函数拟合曲线较理想,并求出了相应NPSH3值。
The shape of the pump available NPSH curve can affect the judgment of the pump performance directly,so need to improve the accuracy of curve fitting as much as possible. Using curve fitting function of matlab, adopting the polynomial and non-linear fitting for pump available NPSH curve,the principle and process of curve fitting was introduced. The polynomial fitting and non - linear fitting are satisfactory and get the corresponding NPSH3 by comparison and analysis.
