摘要
南水北调中线干线工程是优化我国水资源配置的一项战略性基础设施工程。通过分析该工程输水模式和特点,从闸站监控系统控制功能需求、数据功能需求出发,阐述了闸站监控系统设计思想,重点对监控机制、系统总体构成、现地闸站监控子系统、远程闸站监控子系统等内容进行论述。为确保闸站监控具有先进性、实用性,满足南水北调中线干线工程复杂的调水需要提供参考。
The Middle Route Schemes of South-to-North Water Diversion Project are strategic infrastructures for optimizing water resources allocation in China. By means of examining model and feature of water diversion and requirement of sluice and gate monitoring system of control and data process functions, the design ideas of the monitoring system and contents of monitoring mechanism, formation of the whole system, on-site sub-monitoring system and remote sub monitoring system are discussed, which may ensure the advancement and practicability of the monitoring system and also help to meet the complicated requirement of water diversion schemes of the middle route.
