摘要
目的探讨经尿道前列腺等离子电切术的护理配合要点。方法对本院51例经尿道前列腺等离子电切术的护理配合进行回顾性总结分析。结果 51例老年患者均顺利完成手术,护理配合满意,无并发症发生。结论巡回护士熟练掌握等离子电切的手术操作流程、术中密切护理及做好围术期低体温的预防,是手术成功的关键。
Objective To discuss on main point of cooperation nursing on transurethral plasmakinetic resection of the prostate. Methods Cooperation nursing of 51 patients with transurethral plasmakinetic resection of the prostate in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Results Fifty-one elderly patients were successfully completed the operation with satisfying cooperation nursing, and had no complication. Conclusion There are some keys to success of op- eration that circulating nurse can make herselves master of operation procedure of transurethral plasmakinetic resection of the prostate, intraoperative close nursing care and do well in intraoperative hypothermia prevention.
