腹腔镜手术治疗胃切除术后胆囊结石27例临床分析 被引量：6

摘要 胃切除术会导致患者术后胆囊结石发病率增加已为许多的研究所证实。文献报道其发生率为14．5％～22．1％，高出正常人群10％。腹腔镜下胆囊切除术（laparoscopic cholecystectomy，LC）经过20余年发展已成为胆囊切除首选术式。由于手术技巧及手术器械的改进，其适应证大大放宽。我院自2001年5月1日至2011年5月1日共行腹腔镜下手术治疗胃切除术后胆囊结石27例，效果良好。
