摘要 目的分析比较健康成人和阿尔茨海默病(AD)的扣带回后部质子磁共振频谱的特点,总结其临床诊断价值。方法选取我院2011年3月至2012年3月收治的临床拟诊为AD的患者15例,设为观察组A;诊断为血管性痴呆(VD)的患者32例,设为观察组B;再选取同期体检健康的人群48例,设为对照组,均给予头颅的常规MRI扫描和扣带回后部氢质子磁共振波谱(1H-MRS)的单体素检查,观察比较三组检查结果。结果观察组A与观察组B、对照组的mI/Cr比较差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论 mI/Cr异常升高与AD的发病及进展有一定的相关性。 Objective Comparative analysis of healthy adult and Alzbeimer's disease (AD) of the posterior cingulate gyms proton magnetic resonance spectrum characteristics, sum- marize the clinical diagnosis value. Methods In our hospital from 2011 March to 2012 March were diagnosed as AD patients 15 cases, as were observed in group A; a diagnosis of vascular dementia (VD) in 32 patients, as were observed in group B; and then select the same physical examination of healthy population of 48 patients, as control group, were given head routine MRI scanning and the posterior cingulate gyms single voxel 1 H-MRS examination, examination results were compared between the three groups. Results The observation group and observation group, A B group ml/Cr marked difference (P〈0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion ml/Cr abnormally elevated and AD in the patho- genesis and progression of a certain conelation.
