2006-2010年下呼吸道鲍氏不动杆菌的耐药趋势分析 被引量:3

Trend of drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumanniifrom lower respiratory tract during 2006 to 2010

摘要 目的了解鲍氏不动杆菌耐药性变迁,为指导临床用药、控制感染提供依据。方法回顾性调查2006年1月-2010年12月下呼吸道感染患者临床分离鲍氏不动杆菌的耐药性变化趋势;微量稀释法检测鲍氏不动杆菌对抗菌药物的耐药性。结果共分离1394株鲍氏不动杆菌,2006-2010年鲍氏不动杆菌分别为检出170、378、188、294、364株;对临床常用抗菌药物的耐药性逐年上升;泛耐药株亦呈逐年上升趋势,2006、2007年未分离出泛耐药菌株,2008年为4.3%、2009年为23.5%、2010年为11.5%。结论鲍氏不动杆菌对常用抗菌药物耐药性明显升高,且有继续上升趋势,泛耐药菌株逐年增加,应加强感染的预防控制,合理应用抗菌药物。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the drug resistance variation of Acinetobacter baumannii, so as to provide basis for the drug application and the control of infection. METHODS The drug resistance tendency of A. baurnan- nil from lower respiratory infection patients from Jan 2006 to Dec 2010 was retrospectively investigated, the drug resistance of A. baumannii was detected with microdilution. RESULTS A total of 1394 strains of A. baumannii were isolated within the 5 years, from 2006 to 2010, there were respectively 170 strains, 378 strains,188 strains, and 294 strains isolated; the drug resistance to the common antibiotics increased year by year; the detection rate of the pandrug-resistant strains increased year by year, the pandrug-resistant strains were not detected in 2006 and 2007, but 4.3% in 2008, 23.5% in 2009, 11.5% in 2010. CONCLUSION Drug resistance of A. baumannii to common antibiotics has been increased remarkably and is with a rising trend, the pandrug-resistant strains have been increased year by year, it is necessary to intensify the prevention and control of the infection and use antibiotics reasonably.
