摘要
目的:探讨采用中医药辨证疗法治疗胃脘疼痛的效果。方法:回顾2008年3月至2010年4月来我院就诊的200例确诊为胃脘痛患者的临床资料,根据其不同症状实施中药辨证治疗,并对效果进行分析。结果:本组患者中,痊愈53例,显效96例,有效42例,无效9例,总有效率为93.5%。结论:中医药疗法具有活血止痛、益气健脾,增强机体免疫力的功效。其治疗胃脘痛的疗效良好,值得临床应用。
Objective：To investigate the epigastric pain with TCM treatment according to syndrome differentiation therapy.2008March to 2010April.methods：to our hospital200cases of epigastric pain patients,according to the different symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and therapeutic effect of implementation of data analysis.Results：in the group,53 cases were cured,96 cases,effective in 42 cases,9 cases are invalid,the total efficiency of 93.5%.Conclusion：the therapy of traditional Chinese medicine with Huoxue Zhitong,replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen immune mechanisms of efficacy of treatment of epigastric pain treatment of epigastric pain,good curative effect,it is worthy of clinical application.
