摘要
构建现代职业教育体系是适应经济发展方式转变和产业结构升级的需要,也是满足人民群众接受多样化职业教育的需求。现代职业教育体系具有独立性和贯通性、开放性和参与性以及协调性和适应性的特征。构建现代职业教育体系需要职业教育制度与政策的变革和创新,包括:设立统筹中高等职业教育管理的职能部门;适时将职业教育分流重心提升至高中后;扩大高等职业教育对口招收中职毕业生的比例,完善高职院校自主招生权,独立建制五年制高职学院;建立独立的与普通教育相平行的职业教育体系,尽快试行职业教育专业学位研究生培养制度;构建职业教育与职业培训并举的现代职业教育体系。
The construction of modern vocational education adapts to the extensive demands for diversity,and economic restructuring.The newly-established institution takes on independence,popularity,open,participation,coordination,and adaptability.In addition,the institutions and policies claim the establishment of the administration departments,setting the vocational education after the senior high schooling,expanding the scale of vocational education,implementing the five-year system,carrying out the master＇s graduate system,and promoting the training in new vocational education system.
