玻璃纤维桩与根管螺纹钉修复年轻恒牙冠折的疗效观察 被引量:1

Observation on clinical effects of glass fiber post and root canal threaded nail post for restoration of young permanent teeth after traumatic crown fracture

摘要 目的探讨并比较玻璃纤维桩及根管螺纹钉桩核冠修复年轻恒牙冠折的临床疗效。方法选择55例年轻恒牙冠折患者67颗患牙,进行根尖诱导术及根管治疗术后,分2组行桩核冠修复:实验组28例37颗患牙,行玻璃纤维桩核冠修复;对照组27例30颗患牙,行根管螺纹钉桩核冠修复;评价其临床疗效。结果经2~5年随访,实验组成功33颗,失败4颗,成功率为89.19%;对照组成功23颗,失败7颗,成功率76.67%,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。实验组2年成功率明显高于对照组(97.30%VS.80.00%,P〈0.05)。结论针对年轻恒牙冠折患者特点,行玻璃纤维桩核冠修复较根管螺纹钉桩核冠修复优势明显,但其远期疗效仍有待观察。 Objective To investigate and contrast clinical effects between glass fiber post core crown and root canal threaded nail post core crown for restoration of young permanent teeth after traumatic crown fracture. Methods 67 teeth of 55 patients with young permanent teeth after traumatic crown fracture were selected in the study. After apexification and perfect root canal therapy were carried out, the 67 teeth were divided into experimental group and control group. 37 teeth of 28 patients in experimental group were repaired with glass fiber post core crown and 30 teeth of 27 patients in control group were repaired with root canal threaded nail post core crown. The clinical effects of the two groups were ob- served. Results In 2 - 5 year follow - up, among the 37 teeth in experimental group, 33 teeth were repaired successful- ly, 4 teeth were failed, the success rate was 89.19% ; Among the 30 teeth in control group, 23 teeth were repaired suc- cessfully, 7 teeth were failed, the success rate was 76.67% , with no significant difference between the 2 groups (P 〉 0. 05 ). The 2 - year success rate of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The clinical effect of glass fiber post core crown has significant advantage over root canal threaded nail post core crown for restoration of young permanent teeth after traumatic crown fracture. Hhowever, the long - term effect of glass fiber post core crown remains to be observed.
