摘要 目的探讨VEGF、EGFR和P53在结直肠癌组织中的表达及三者与结直肠癌的相关性和意义。方法收集结直肠癌手术切除标本66例,运用SABC法免疫组化测定,计算阳性或阴性表达例数,分析其与临床病理因素之间的关系。结果 VEGF、EGFR及P53三者阳性表达率与结直肠癌患者年龄、性别及肿瘤部位无显著相关性(P>0.05);其阳性表达率与结直肠肿瘤淋巴结转移、远处转移、浸润深度及肿瘤分化程度有显著相关性(P<0.05)。结论肿瘤分期越晚、肿瘤浸润越深,有远处转移者,VEGF、EGFR及P53在结直肠癌中的阳性表达率越高。 Objective To study the expression and the correlation of VEGF,EGFR and P53 in colorectal carcinoma tissues.Methods We used SABC immunohistochemisty to reflect the positive expression level of VEGF,EGFR and P53 in 66 cases of colorectal carcinoma.Results The positive expression rate of VEGF,EGFR and P53 correlated with lymphnode metastasis,peritoneal or distant metastasis,depth of invasion,tumor differentiation degree of significant relationship in colorectal carcinoma tissues(P0.05).Conclusion VEGF,EGFR,and P53 positive expression are closely related with tumor differentiation degree,invasion and metastasis of colorectal cancer.
