摘要
以茶叶及几种药食两用植物为原料研制了一种复合保健茶饮料，实验采用脱酚工艺及添加抗坏血酸，解决了饮料混浊沉淀及褐变问题。
In this paper, a complex healthy tea was made from tea and several plants that are bath kind and medici nal herbs, and the muddiness, sediment and brown were avoided by the removal of tea polyphenol and the addition of ascorbic acid.
